The installers reversed the door upon delivery and didn't do a proper job. The door alignment wasn't correct and it created a seal issue for the freezer and refrigerator. This resulted in tremendous condensation and icing on the interior. Proper temperature adjustment helped this somewhat (avg settings were still too cold) but the doors still need to be adjusted.
The sound the unit makes is a wind swooshing sound and is more comforting rather than annoying. The capacity and functionality is quite ample for a small fridg and freezer which I am using in my vacation cottage. Once the doors are re-aligned I think I will be quite happy with this purchase.

We needed a second refrigerator since our main one is always jammed--and this one is perfect. We're surprised at the amount of room inside while keeping a small footprint outside...and it looks sleek and way more expensive then it was! It's also pretty quiet and so far all is working well.

Just purchased a new Thor Hurricane 34 j motor coach and it came with this refrigerator. Got it home and turned on the ice maker and NO ICE. It does not work. Got to take it back to dealer 2hours away. Maybe the dealer did not turn on water to refrigerator. Can't find the valve to turn it on.

The freezer has not functioned since delivery. It has been 6 days with numerous phone calls and still not resolved! I reported this to home Depot well within 24 hours and expected more from them and Whirlpool. I have no choice but to try to get a refund and purchase another refrigerator. This has been horrible!

It is pretty fantastic. Had to adjust the temperature to lower setting because it cools so well the first week my veggies got a bit too cold - the lettuce died. Since then it has been perfect. The fridge is great for a single person or a couple or for spare use. Wouldn't be too good for a family because of its capacity. I love it. It's perfect in my narrow galley kitchen.

I first bought and had delivered this refrigerator in January. I arrived broken in the back so they took it back to Lowes and delivered another one at their next delivery. Since we had to finish the construction of our garage/apartment, we didn't set up the refrigerator till August 30th and the second refrigerator won't get cold! We did all the troubleshooting with no success. I have called Whirlpool at least 4 times. They say at this point it has to be serviced and not returned. Problem is, I live in a remote area and small town in the mountains and there is no one to service the refrigerator I have yet to use. After constant phone calls to Lowes and Whirlpool, Whirlpool said they would call me back in TWO BUSINESS DAYS about a "Product Exchange". I gave them a week but I still haven't heard from them! My husband has even volunteered to return it and pick up a new one if its the delivery fee that keeps Whirlpool stalled. I'm so frustrated that I feel like going back to Lowes and just setting it in front with some kind of warning sign!

Got this one at Lowe's about 6 months ago- since day one, the freezer door pops open when you close the fridge door. We had to put a plastic child lock on the freezer to keep that from happening, but the stainless steel won't hold the adhesive for very long. My freezer is found open an inch or two on the regular, and of course everything in there gets ruined. My husband refused to take in back to Lowe's, which is a far drive, so we are stuck with it. The seal around the fridge is also pretty weak, if you shut it too hard, it will bounce open, and the freezer pops open too. 0/10 this is a major hassle and we can't afford to buy a new one.

This is a large fridge for an RV but the freezer door pops open when the refrigerator door is closed.
Definitely a bad feature. When we forget to check the freezer door after using the fridge, our freezer contents are partially thawed and the freezer is full of frost

I bought this several weeks ago and I'm glad I did. Except I expected it would come with a shelf in the freezer. Without it I have tp pile food to freeze one on top of another. That makes it tough to get frozen packages out of the middle. Also since l looked at it in the store I saw shelf supports in the freezer. It was not put together - all the shelves were laying on the bottom of the refrigerator (on top of the bottom drawer). I thought one of them would be for the freezer. I found out it was not there when it was delivered and put together.
That ticked me off. None of the lower shelves fit the freezer.

I WENT FROM A 10.6 CU FT TO AN 11.6 CU FT. & CAN'T BELIEVE HOW MUCH MORE STORAGE SPACE I HAVE! A WORD OF CAUTION: I HAD A HINGE REVERSAL & THE SEALS WERE COMPROMISED. CONDENSATION EVERYWHERE! IT WASN'T UNTIL I TOOK A HAIRDRYER TO THE SEALS & APPLIED WD40 TO BOTH THE SEALS & THE DOOR JAM ALLOWING THE DOORS TO STAY CLOSED FOR A FEW HOURS DID IT FINALLY GRIP. AN APPLIANCE GUY TOLD ME REVERSALS ARE NOTORIOUS FOR BAD SEALING. BUT THE HEAT & WD40 DID THE TRICK. PLUS I PURCHASED 2 STURDY COOLING RACKS. ONE TO GIVE ME A SECOND SHELF IN THE FREEZER & THE OTHER TO GIVE ME AN ADDED SHELF IN THE FRIG! HAPPY CAMPER HERE!

I purchased this apartment size refrigerator a few wees ago and I love it. It's not noisy, perfect size for my kitchen and I like the stainless steel doors Although it is smaller than my previous refrigerator I like it. The only downside is that the interior plastic shelves are thin and cheaply made (like everything today). I also purchased some additional plastic containers to use to store deli perishables as a well as storage for eggs.

Purchased the appliance a few weeks ago and the fridge has been working trouble free. The only issue I had was switching the hinge positions. I adjusted the freezer door upper hinge as much as I could but when I left the fridge running, condensation formed at the top of the freezer. I had to increase the hole size in the upper hinge to gain some adjustment. After the modifications, the freezer is frost free.

I bought this three weeks ago and already the light inside the refrigerator is out. Called customer service and was told they would ship out a new bulb and I haven't received it after four or five days. It may not even be the bulb. I own a tuck and to transport this back to home depot. No one carries the bulb so it cant be purchased at local stores

This refrigerator came in our fifth wheel that we bought in February. Atleast twice a month I have to empty it out and turn off the breaker for it to reset. I'll get it going again but nothing ever stays cool. I can't even get an ice pack to freeze in the freezer. I will be doing more research
It also never stays closed when we travel, I have to tape it shut.

Bought a few weeks ago as a temporary refrigerator during a remodeling project. Perfect for a few months or longer and will continue to use it. Only drawback are the hand prints always on the doors, but users are getting better using tips for handles.
